- FORD,
GOULD, RANDALL
posted by Billie Ford
on Sunday, November 16, 1997
- I am seeking
information on the father of Lovic/Levett Pierce FORD or any brothers
or sisters he might have had. The fathers and mothers plus and other
family members are unknown from before the 1900 census of Wise Co.,
TX. Lovic FORD is listed on this document in Chico, Wise Co. His
wife is listed as Mary GOULD and children are listed as Archie P,
Gussie Neva, Zonia Della, Morgan Blume, Lovic Wise, Fredrick Elmer.
Lovic Pierce and Mary were united in marriage in Clarksville, Red
River Co., TX, November 10, 1881. Lovic was previously married to
Fannie RANDALL in Paris, Lamar Co., TX on June 22, 1879. I have
been told that there was a brother to Lovic named Robert, and the
Lovic's father might have been in the Civil War, coming out as a
Captain. I have census's placing Lovic and Mary in Okla in the years
1910, 1920. Lovic was on an 1880 census in Lamar Co. stating that
he was living with a brother-in-law by the name of Sam Wilson at
age 24. Sam's wife was named Ellie, a child named Lilia and a child
named John and a servant named Buckin Uick. I would greatly appreciate
any information one might supply in my search. I thank you.
- ADRIANSE

- I remember,
about twenty years ago, seeing a clipping about an ADRIANSE who
had been involved in bringing Santa Anna to Sam Houston. (I think
I have the names right.) My great-great-grandparents' surname was
ADRIANSE and I would like to figure out more concerning this person
and why a clipping about him was in the family bible. Any ADRIANSE
connections?
